Nemesis Carbon – Return & Order Policy (2025)

Order Processing Times

All items are custom-built and handcrafted. Estimated processing times:

Carbon Fiber (CF) parts: 4–8 weeks

Fiberglass (FG) parts: 2–6 weeks

Actual delivery time may vary depending on demand and logistics.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

The wrong item was delivered

The item was damaged during shipping

The item has a factory defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the item and packaging

Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items:

Items ordered by mistake

Items showing signs of installation, damage, or modification

Any custom parts delivered correctly

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no cost. Replacement will follow normal production times unless we have stock ready.

Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible. Processing time: 5–10 business days, via the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials may be in use and cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

Do not discard packaging

Take photos immediately

Report it within 48 hours

We will open a claim with the shipping provider and begin replacement or refund processing as needed.
