Nemesis Carbon is a trade name operated by Eber Ismael Arias Tapia, an individual with business activity registered in Mexico.

By accessing this website and placing an order with Nemesis Carbon, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Production

All products sold by Nemesis Carbon are custom made-to-order and handcrafted. Each item is manufactured individually based on customer demand and specifications.

Production time is estimated between 3 to 9 weeks depending on the product, materials, and current workload. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the production time and understands that delays may occur due to manufacturing complexity, material availability, or high demand.

Shipping and Fulfillment

All products are manufactured in Mexico and shipped internationally to the United States and Canada.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that international shipping is required and agrees to the associated logistics and delivery timelines.

Nemesis Carbon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All sales are final after 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled after this period as materials and production processes may have already begun.

Nemesis Carbon reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its discretion.

Aftermarket Disclaimer

All parts sold are aftermarket products. Nemesis Carbon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer or brand.

Use and Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility, proper installation, and safe use of all products.

Nemesis Carbon is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of any product.

Product Variations

Due to the handmade nature of fiberglass and carbon fiber products, slight variations in weave pattern, finish, edges, or surface details may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

Nemesis Carbon shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Policy Agreement

Disputes and Chargebacks

At Nemesis Carbon, we are committed to resolving any issues directly with our customers.

If you experience any problem with your order, you agree to contact us first at SUPPORT/CLAIMS nemesiscarbon2020@gmail.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that case reviews and resolutions may take several business days depending on the situation.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may be considered a violation of these terms.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on this website, including the Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
