All products sold by Nemesis Carbon are custom made-to-order and handcrafted.

Production Time

Each order requires a production time of approximately 3 to 9 weeks depending on the product, materials, and current workload. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these production times.

Shipping

All products are handcrafted and manufactured in Mexico and shipped internationally to the United States.

Once production is completed, orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days.

We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar services depending on the destination.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Tracking information will only be provided once the order has been completed and shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear depending on the shipping carrier.

Nemesis Carbon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. Nemesis Carbon has no control over these charges.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not allowed as materials and production processes may have already begun.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.

Product Disclaimer

All parts are aftermarket products and are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

Due to the handmade nature of fiberglass and carbon fiber products, minor cosmetic variations, surface details, edges, or finish differences may occur and are not considered defects.

Professional installation is recommended. The customer assumes full responsibility for compatibility, installation, and use of the product.
